« A better way to use the scale? | Home | The downward spiral to size 0 » Easter was toughBy Ryan | April 16, 2007 Over the Easter weekend, the diet went out the window. In the process, it brought home the point that successful weight loss is a combination of diet and exercise. I have been training for a marathon, and even with running over 30 miles a week, my average weight went up 1.1 pounds. I’ve been feeling guilty for all the Easter candy I’ve been eating, and realize that I should still write posts. I’m back on my diet starting today, and hope to bring my average weight to 150 in time for the marathon (today my average weight is 154.1) by May 20th. p.s. More info on how I’m calculating my average weight with The Google 15 is available here. Topics: Site News, Dieting, Exercise | |
