Map your walks

When I exercise I love the numbers of it. The mileage, the time, my pace, it’s one way I use to motivate myself. To help with this, you can use a Google Maps mashup called Gmaps Pedometer. With it you can map out your walks, and it will tell you your mileage and even calories burned.
